Fluxx is still trying to be like a Vegas club. It's got the crowded bar, crowded floor and crowded bathrooms. It even has the $17 Red Bull Vodka which has to be the biggest joke ever. They do pull in bigger DJs sometimes, but expect to pay $40+ at the door for them if you don't get presale. Other than that, it's local DJs. The venue itself is pretty nice, however.

They do have themes like mermaids for Abyss which is cool for about the 10 seconds you notice them and there's also a 5 minute show. Though none of that justifies paying $17 for a red bull vodka. Did I mention it's $17 for a red bull vodka? In San Diego? And 3/4 of the cup is just ice?
