I had an average experience with Wilderness Experiences Unlimited. The website was easy to navigate and they provided plenty of information about their packages. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable and didn't answer all of my questions adequately. Overall, it was an okay experience.
