I've been a customer of this credit union for a while now and I have to say that they have been a disappointment. The service is mediocre at best and their website is clunky and difficult to use. I have had several issues with my account and their customer service team has not been very helpful in resolving them. I would not recommend Eastex federal credit union to anyone.
