I had a great experience at Delaware Learning Institute. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The instructors were patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. They provided hands-on training and I felt prepared when it was time to take my certification exam. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Delaware Learning Institute to anyone interested in cosmetology.
