As a CUSTOMER, I have had both great and not-so-great experiences with Zale contracting. Overall, I would rate their services as average. While they were prompt in responding to inquiries and were able to complete the project within the agreed timeframe, the quality of their work left much to be desired. There were several instances where I had to point out mistakes and ask for corrections. Their customer service could also use some improvement as I found their staff to be unresponsive at times. However, they did make an effort to rectify the issues and eventually, the project turned out satisfactory.
