Awful company to deal with, have been chasing a refund for over a month now and still nothing. I Brought a lovely ring from them on a cruise and it is faulty and had only had it for a few weeks. Have got no refund and a faulty ring. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM.

Hi! I also purchased a ring from this company. When I had it valued by the Assay office, the certificate came back 5 grades lower than the ring onboard.

I queried this with Harding, who told me 'diamonds lose value over time'. The Assay office told me they'd never heard of this...
