Vaughan is very good at explaining all facets of the home loan process without any extraneous details, and when he says that something will get done, it is probably already underway before you get off the phone.

I found that I was able to contact someone with no waiting every time I called, saving a lot of time. Furthermore, every stage of the process was completed significantly earlier than the time estimates given by the banks.
