I had a pretty average experience with Cooling Tower Services INC. The staff was friendly and professional, but the service itself was just mediocre. It took them longer than expected to complete the repairs, and I wasn't completely satisfied with the outcome. Overall, not a bad experience but definitely room for improvement.
