So far I've received nothing but positive experience from them. Overall , Hostwinds has friendly support and fast servers optimized be their team perfectly for highest speeds. I've not noticed any downtime at all. Support department staff is also great as for beginner like I was. They will stay with you till everything is absolutely clear. Overall Hostwinds worth for money, go for it!
