This facility does treat inmates as prisoners. They dont give the medicine to inmates that take medicine. They don't give adequate water supply. The bathrooms are filled with mold and they left a stuck shower running for two weeks causing everyone in that unit to get sick with head colds due to the moisture in the air. They dont give everyone an oppertunity to go outside; which should be given at least an hr. everyday! Not to mention the commode left stopped up for over a month. This place should have someone come in and check out the unsanitary environment! If they had an inspection done the place would be shut down on the structure alone. Based on the commode staying stopped up due to settling of the building and the rebar disrupting the foundation. They overpopulate leaving ppl without beds! Some of them have threatened inmates with the power of authority they have there. There was only one officer that took her job serious and treated the inmates as a person and not criminals that are lower than the soil the building is built on.
