I recently made a purchase from an online retailer. The website was easy to navigate, and the product selection was impressive. The quality of the products was excellent, and they exceeded my expectations. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a while to get a response to my query, and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. Despite that, I would consider shopping there again due to the quality of the products.
