I've been a member of CROSS FIT 718 for several months now, and it's been a life-changing experience. The coaches are incredibly supportive and encouraging, and the workouts are always challenging and varied. I love the positive and motivating atmosphere here, and I've made incredible progress since joining. Highly recommended!
