I've been attending self-defense classes at Real Self-Defense for the past few months and it has been an amazing experience. The instructors are highly skilled and create a positive learning environment. The techniques they teach are effective and practical. I feel much more confident in my ability to defend myself now. I highly recommend this self-defense program!
