I have mixed feelings about Tower Software, Inc.'s services. While there were some aspects I liked, such as the fast response from customer support and the well-designed website, there were also areas where they could improve. There were a few technical glitches that needed fixing and the pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to other competitors.
