I have had a couple of experiences with the IRS Audit Group and I must say, their service is average at best. While they were able to address my concerns, I felt that their response time could have been better. The team was knowledgeable and professional, but there were instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my case. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
