I would rate the Department of Economic Development and Commerce of Puerto Rico as average. The services provided by the company were satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The website ddecpr.com is informative and easy to navigate. However, I found some of the information to be outdated. It would be great if the company could update their content more frequently. Overall, my experience with the department was decent, and I appreciate their efforts in promoting economic development in Puerto Rico.
