Current driver I m not gonna sugar coat it honestly it s flat bedding it s hard work you earn your check make the best of it it s not for everyone an this company has an understanding of that but I m taken care of very well my truck is always fixed when broke my DM is great always able to awnser my questions an help me when needed very open door policy in my opinion if I need help or assistance with anything all I gotta do is open a door an even the guys at the top will sit an listen to my situation it s like family to me I appreciate the opportunity to be at this company now am I gonna say is everything perfect no because it s not but like every company you go to you are not gonna always agree with everything but personally for me an many others I ve seen here we are all treated very well an are rewarded graciously for our hard work they work very hard to keep us in top of the line trucks an it shows
