Frustration!! Try to call and get some information...

Frustration!! Try to call and get some information that is not available on the website. Can you file with EBT transfer? Credit cards are okay, but...??
Called three times, "we are currently busy, please call back". Whatever happened to the que line or holding for perhaps a couple of minutes. So, instead, the filing will be done the old fashioned way: mail and a check!! Enjoyed the positive experience, not.
