I recently purchased a 3D printer from an online store. The delivery was prompt and the product arrived in perfect condition. The printer itself works great and I am happy with my purchase. The company I bought it from provided good customer support and answered all my questions promptly. The only downside is that the setup instructions could have been more detailed, but I was able to figure it out with some help from online tutorials.
