The customer service at Pasteles Bakehouse is average. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes they can be a bit slow in serving customers. The pastries and cakes are delicious, especially the chocolate cake. However, I wish they had more variety in their menu. Overall, it's a decent bakery.
