I recently interacted with the services provided by Maryland state and it was a decent experience. The website, opd.state.md.us, was user-friendly and I could easily find the required information. However, the customer service could be improved. The representatives seemed disinterested and I had to wait for a long time to get a response. Overall, it was an average experience.
