I recently used the services of Applied Computer Technology, Inc. and have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, their website was well-designed and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed. The company also had an impressive range of products and services on offer. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my queries and when they did, the responses were not as detailed or helpful as I would have liked. Additionally, the overall experience felt a bit impersonal, with limited effort made to establish a rapport or understand my specific needs. Based on these factors, I would rate my experience with Applied Computer Technology, Inc. as average. While they have some strong points, there is definitely room for improvement.
