I had an average experience with Sterling's Team Speed. The training sessions were good overall, but there were a few areas that could have been improved. The coaches were knowledgeable and provided helpful guidance. However, the facility could have been better maintained. The equipment was a bit outdated and some of the weights were not in the best condition. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
