I had a mediocre experience with Jedoudna. While their website is user-friendly and the ordering process was hassle-free, the quality of the product I received was disappointing. It didn't meet my expectations and I felt let down. The customer service was average, nothing exceptional. Overall, I expected better from Jedoudna.
