As a customer, I recently had an average experience with this company. The website was easy to navigate and the selection of vehicles was good 👍, but I found the customer service to be a bit lackluster. The sales staff seemed more focused on closing the deal rather than understanding my needs and concerns. I appreciated the variety of financing options available, but wish the staff had been more transparent about the process. Additionally, the vehicle I was interested in had a few minor issues that I felt were downplayed. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I think there is room for improvement in customer care and communication.
