I am a CUSTOMER of Xo Communications and I have been using their services for a while now. Overall, my experience with them has been average. The website (xo.com) is easy to navigate and the customer support is decent. However, there have been a few instances where I faced technical issues and the response time was slower than expected. Overall, I would rate Xo Communications as average.
