I first contacted the company with the need for a basic s-hook. We needed a hook which met our facilities needs and could with stand heavy duty materials.
After receiving 4 samples, 3 of which our facility could not even use and 1 which was way underneath the weight load for our facilities requirements, I would not recommend business with EPSI.
