I recently stayed at the Marion Inn and I had an average experience. The room and facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and did not go out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more from a hotel with such good reviews.
