Z House realty brought a buyer that could not close in any reasonable time. The worst part was not the buyer but it was the agent that represented the buyer. Wendy refused to return calls, she refused to get ahead of problems, and she refused to act professional. Instead of making sure her client was ready to close she decided to spend her time going after me and by 3 star review that I had previously left. Needless to say, the buyer did not close, and the deal is dead. Original close date January 13th, today is February 23 and now she will not respond to a release and cancellation. Bad agent, bad brokerage, bad lender, and all around bad experience.
