I had an average experience with Tikal Travel And Services, Inc. The tour I went on was decent, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The guide was knowledgeable, but not very enthusiastic. The customer service was satisfactory, but there were a few hiccups along the way. Overall, it was an okay experience.
