My experience with CUSTOMER FOCUS SHEPARD was good...

My experience with CUSTOMER FOCUS SHEPARD was good overall. The staff was friendly and responsive to my needs. However, there were a few minor issues that took a bit longer to resolve than I would have liked. Despite these issues, I appreciate the effort they put into resolving them. I would consider using their services again in the future.
