I would rate Cash Concepts as average. The company provides decent products and services, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and did not provide satisfactory solutions to my problems. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, but I expected better customer service.
