Incredibly poor customer service !!!
Bought a gift for Father's Day .. When my husband wrap it up there is a hole in the blouse .. we go down with the blouse, but they will not help us and say, among other things, "it may be a big rottweiler jumped up of him and made a hole uh no! So he thinks that we ourselves have made a hole in my blouse .. I didn't want anything else or money back, just a new matching t-shirt without a hole !!!! In my 10 years in the retail industry, I know what he could have done to help but no .. I NEVER buy anything in there again and gladly tell all my friends about the poor customer service that is with them ..
