I have had problems with my home from day one with...

I have had problems with my home from day one with mold on the ceiling in both bathrooms. Southern energy has sent several contractors to fix the problems of mold. All contractors were very nice and polite but all they did was repaint the ceiling and replace the exhaust fans in both bathrooms. I have documentation and pictures from day one of all the repairs. They hired a air conditioning specialist from La. He came and did a thorough inspection of my home. His conclusion was the wrong dampers were on the bathroom exhaust fans causing heat from the outside and the cold air from the inside to gather onto the ceiling thus causing mold issues. Also I have mold around my light switches with water streaks down my walls. This inspector knew I work in the HVAC and refrigeration field. Also I am a Alabama licensed State contractor for refrigeration. With this said.... He knew he had to be on point with his conclusion because I was here and saw all the data he recorded. Southern energy has i ignore my calls for a month and a half. When they finally talk to me they told me that the inspectors report concluded that the mold was my fault for having a dirty air conditioning filter and they would not fix the mold issues because they say it's my fault. I know what the inspector told me. Again he couldn't lie to me since I'm trained to do what he did. Conclusion, I still have mold and mildew on both ceilings in my bathrooms. There has been so much paint put on my ceilings that it is now bubbling off of the ceiling and I still have water running out of my light switches. Southern energy thinks that I am going to let this be because they say it is not their responsibility anymore. But they're wrong I'm already in contact with lawyers to get this resolved. I've been in my house for a year and a half with mold on the ceilings an allergy and sinus infections. In my opinion I would never buy another southern energy home because all they do is put Band-Aids over the problems and not fix the true problem correctly.
