It is a shame that a company like Sears that at one time meant quality, is absolutely falling apart. Their prices are fair and they stand behind their warrantees, but they have absolutely no concept of the meaning of an appointment. I had a 2:00 p.m. appointment for a alignment that I was told will take one hour. They didn't pull my car into the garage until 3:00 p.m. If you go to Sears, don't have any time constraints. Your time means nothing to them.
