I made reservations at this hotel 45 days prior to...

I made reservations at this hotel 45 days prior to my arrival. The hotel manager called 7 days before my arrival with a so called "courtesy Call" saying the hotel had sold out to a group and that I no longer had reservations. Unbelievable. I called SPG, spoke with a supervisor who could only open a case that would take up to 5 days. Now, Everything is sold out now on Beale street. The closest SPG hotel is 15 minutes way.

I've never been treated like this before.
