My experience with Autoworks was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the customer service was top-notch, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. However, I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the work done on my car. Some of the issues I had weren't fully resolved, and I had to come back for further repairs. Overall, it was an average experience, but I expected more from a reputable company like Autoworks.
