I had a mixed experience with Builder Showroom. While the quality of the products was good, the customer service could have been better. The response time was slow, and it took a while to get my questions answered. However, once my issues were addressed, the resolutions were satisfactory. Overall, I would still recommend Builder Showroom for their products but hope that they improve their customer service.
