I recently hired a marketing agency for my business and had a decent experience. The team was knowledgeable and helped me achieve my goals. However, I felt that some aspects of their service could have been improved. They should focus more on understanding their client's unique needs and providing tailored solutions. Nonetheless, I would consider working with them again in the future.
