The receptionist sets up an appointment at 1:15. I return at 1:10 (politely early), yet nobody is there to meet me. Not until 25 minutes later (exactly 1:40) did someone decide to make their own appointment, and give me the time of day- I dont think most people there deserve their job- I explained that no prospective employer is hiring someone who is 5 minutes late-much less 25. Apparently a government schlepp s time is more valuable than mine!
