The Hippocampus vacation club, c.a. provided a decent experience overall. The customer service was satisfactory and the amenities were adequate. However, there were some areas that could have been improved upon. The resort could have been kept cleaner and the food quality could have been better. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still had an enjoyable stay.
