I have been a customer of Trustpower for several years now and I must say that overall, my experience with them has been average. The customer service is alright, but there have been a few instances where I had to wait a long time to get a response. The website is user-friendly and I like how they provide detailed information about my usage. However, I have found their prices to be slightly higher compared to other providers. Overall, I would rate Trustpower as average.
