I absolutely love the Y+ yoga studio! The instructors are incredibly skilled and make classes enjoyable. The studio has a calming ambiance and provides all the necessary props. The classes are challenging but the instructors offer modifications for all levels. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The studio staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this studio!
