The quality of books published by Softpaw Publishing is average. While some books are great, others fall short. I appreciate their efforts to provide a diverse range of genres, but the execution is not always perfect. The customer service is satisfactory. They do respond to queries but could be more prompt. Overall, Softpaw Publishing is an average company in my opinion.
