I had an overall average experience with Iri. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I reached out with a question and it took several days to receive a response. The response I did receive was not very helpful. I was hoping for better customer support from a company like Iri. I hope they can improve in this area in the future.
