I had an average experience with The Spahr Center. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I was looking for. However, the response time to my inquiry was slower than expected. I received a helpful response eventually, but the initial wait was a bit frustrating. Overall, they provide valuable support for the LGBTQ+ community, but there is room for improvement in their customer service.
