We have been with Direct buy since 2007 . Great customer service and especially in shipping and receiving department.I have recently experience 2 unpleasant experience with different vendors.However, We are glad to see Romel Raghuraj who is the manger helped us to solve the issue. We are looking forward to shopping at DB again.
