I recently had the opportunity to work with Pentagon resources (pty) ltd and I must say it was an average experience. The company website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my queries was slow and I felt like I was not a priority. Overall, I would consider working with them again if their customer service improves.
