As a customer, I had an average experience with De mannen zonder pak. The quality of their products was decent, but nothing exceptional. The customer service could definitely use some improvement, as I found it to be quite slow and unresponsive at times. Overall, I would say that they are an okay company to deal with, but there are definitely better options out there.
