The Diabetology department has an incredible number of patients, it seems absurd that telephone communications can be made ONLY from 1.15 to 2.15 pm from Monday to Friday, times when the line is obviously overloaded with users. Unable to make a new appointment for my mother, I am evaluating the possibility of having her followed by another diabetes center.
